Refunds, Returns, and Damages Policy

We aim to provide the best experience possible and ensure your satisfaction. Please review our policies below for refunds, returns, exchanges, and damages:


Damages, Missing Items, or Other Issues

  • We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours if you encounter any issues, such as damage, missing items, or other problems. Claims made after 48 hours will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
  • Manufacturer Defects: Certain products may have minor imperfections, such as slight cuts in shrink wrap or loose glue on cardboard boxes. These are common and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • We do not ship products with excessive manufacturer defects. If you require a perfect-condition sealed item, please visit our storefront to hand-select your product in person.

Refunds & Returns

  • We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your order.
  • To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition: unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to appear on your statement.
  • Refunds to credit cards are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless the issue is due to our error. If you prefer, store credit is available with no restocking fee.

How to Request a Return:

  1. Contact us at support@thecardgym.com to initiate a return.
  2. If approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending the item back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed upon.

Special Cases:

  • If an order is returned due to an inaccurate or undeliverable address provided by the buyer, the goods will be refunded (minus shipping costs and the 10% restocking fee).
  • Digital items are non-refundable as they are delivered immediately after purchase. Ensure accuracy before placing digital orders.

Pre-Order Policy & Cancellations

  • All pre-orders are final and cannot be canceled or refunded. Please make your purchase carefully.
  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure your pre-order.
  • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items (or multiple pre-order items with different release dates), the entire order will ship once all items are available.
  • While we strive to prevent overselling, distributor allocations may occasionally result in lower-than-expected inventory. If this occurs, we will communicate with affected customers and explore potential solutions before considering cancellations.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund prior to fulfillment if necessary.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to initiate a return for the original product and place a new order for the desired item. Once the return is processed, the refund will be issued according to the terms above.


Sales and Price Matching

  • During Sales Events: Refunds, returns, and cancellations are not allowed during sales events. If your order is expected to ship during a sale but you wish to cancel, we can postpone shipping until after the sale ends.
  • Price Matching: We offer price matching for regular price changes up to 14 days after purchase. Sale pricing does not qualify for price matching.
