Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

- Damaged items must be documented with photos of the packaging and product to facilitate a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
- Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders returned to us due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses will be refunded minus shipping costs and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
